LACK OF PLANNING AND VALUES

Most of the problems we are facing are due to lack of planning or lack of values.

• On a personal level, people lack planning for their future, their financials, goals, career development and most importantly, they don’t know how to plan to reach the best version of themselves. On top of it, the lack of values could lead people to behave the wrong way and they also break very important relationships with their friends, families, colleagues and sometimes they unfortunately lose their relationship with God. This will lead them to become followers and victims of politics, bad news, bad habits and consequently bad lives.

• On a business level, companies lack planning for their next strategic moves, their financials, their business targets, their team development and most importantly, they sometimes don’t know how to optimize their productivity and their profitability. On top of it, the lack of values could lead them to badmouth competition, stop prioritizing the needs of their customers, break the relationships with the employees and unfortunately lose their belonging to their company. This will lead them to become followers and victims of the external factors, wrong influencers and theoretical approaches.
